Travelling Tips

While you are travelling long journey with your family members the following are the tips that are to be followed by every individual; they are,
• Carry first aid box, which contains analgesic tablets for fever, headache pills, anti-cough syrups, antibiotic creams or ointments, band-aid plasters, antiseptic lotion, scissors, and cotton. They really help in emergency condition, when any one of your co-travelers is with hurt or fallen sick.
• Some people cannot travel in bus, they may suffer with severe motion sickness, and they are seriously sense nausea and vomiting. For them its is advisable to carry or consume some tablets like Vomistop or other anti-emetic drugs.
• Carry an emergency number in the particular area, if there are any conditions. It is better to avoid drinking commercial water without proper seal.
• It is better to decrease your tendency or temptation to buy street food from vendors.
• In case accidental vomiting, while you are travelling to any place in a compact bus or train especially Air conditioner coaches; it is better to carry plastic covers or compact bags.
• Better to purchase travel insurance prior to travelling, this may help in maintaining 24 hour emergency condition.
• Before starting your travel avoid eating oily foods, unpasteurized milk, and heavy fat meals. This may lead to indigestion and other gastric disturbances.
• Do not carry any valuables while travelling, sometimes you may leave behind or it may be lost.
• Always lock your luggage, whatever inside it may be.
