First Aid for Travelers’

If you are a regular traveler it is better to carry First-aid kit with you in case of emergency conditions. The following are the things that are to be carried easily while travelling; they are,
• The band aids of different sizes are to be carried, soaps, soap solutions and some alcoholic preparations are to be carried out well, so that it may be helpful in the case of injury or burns.
• Antiseptic hand wipes, hand sanitizer should not be used as it may be handy when there is excessive bleeding or scratch while travelling.
• Antibiotic creams or ointment should be taken (especially skin ointments used for topical purposes). Carry Tweezers, thermometer in case for fever, non aspirin drugs which help in relieving pain.
• Medicines including for cold, diarrhea, headache, allergies should be carried so that it may be helpful when required.
• First aid for eye care; protective case for glasses, eye lens, and even lens solutions should be carried. For sore throat, lozenges, cough syrups, and expectorants are to be carried.
• Conditions like Abrasions; the soap solution this shall prevents the affected area with infections. Blisters; which includes moleskin, types, and a pair of socks. Sometimes while travelling in public transport, you may fall or slip, this can be protected by using an aerosol pain killer, pain balm, or by using anti-inflammatory drugs.
• Some travelers due to travelling, they may suffer with constipation due to intake of food items like bread, biscuits etc. this may be solved by drinking plenty of water, fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, and bran tablets.
